Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on February 6, 2007 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA  at 7:00 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

The applicant proposes a variance for a third curb cut by reopening the Farm Rd. curb cut, thereby creating a total of 3 curb openings where only 2 would be allowed. Chapter 200-49 B (2)(A).   The property is located in Zoning District A-2, being Map 105, Parcels 7 & 8 of the Assessor's Maps.  Also known as 1 Sherman St. (corner of Sherman St. & Farm Rd.)

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on February 6, 2007 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA  at 7:30 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

Applicants:   Charles Dolan & Kristen Lomker of 25 Pembroke St.

In accordance to Chapter 200-58(B)(1), the applicants desires to appeal the Code Enforcement Officer, Pamela Wilderman's, decision, in her letter dated November 29, 2006 to the above applicants, stating in part:  "decline to take any further action regarding the proximity of the storage shed belonging to Ms. Laws of 19 Pembroke St."..."which does appear to be in violation to the City's Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 200-45(D) requiring a minimum side or rear yard setback of five (5) ft."  The property in question is located at 19 Pembroke St., being Map 19, Parcel 43 of the Assessors Maps, in Zoning District A3.
